Emory ranks among top national universities in U.S. News & World Report

Emory University has been ranked among the top national universities in the latest U.S. News & World Report’s 2026 “Best Colleges” rankings, securing the No. 24 position.

The university also received recognition for its value and innovation, ranking No. 21 in the “Best Value” category and No. 31 for “Most Innovative.” Emory was highlighted for its programs supporting first-year experiences and undergraduate research or creative projects.

Within specific academic areas, Emory’s Nell Hodgson Woodruff School of Nursing achieved a No. 2 ranking for its Bachelor of Science in Nursing program, while Goizueta Business School placed No. 12 among undergraduate business programs. These rankings are determined through surveys conducted with deans and senior faculty at institutions across the country.
