The DeKalb County Board of Ethics has scheduled its regular public meeting for Thursday, January 15, 2026. The meeting will begin at 6:00 p.m. and will take place at 178 Sams Street, Room A1201 – A & B, in Decatur, Georgia.
The agenda includes the adoption of the meeting agenda and approval of minutes from the previous regularly scheduled board meeting held on December 18, 2025. Reports from committees are also expected to be presented.
Legislative items on the agenda feature a statement from the chair regarding a settlement matter and a monthly report from the ethics officer.
Two preliminary cases are set for discussion: Miles Dillard v. Brandon White and Juliana Njoku (Case No. 2025-14), and Lexi Morgan v. Juliana Njoku, Travis Cherry, and Vanessa Collins (Case No. 2025-20).
The meeting will include an opportunity for public comments as well as remarks from members of the Board of Ethics.
An executive session is planned to address pending litigation and personnel issues. Motions will be considered to convene and adjourn this session, along with approval of the executive session affidavit.
The next regular board meeting is scheduled for February 19, 2026.
