Efforts to upgrade DeKalb County’s watershed system will move forward with the start of the Cliff Valley Sewer Improvement Project on Monday, October 13. The project involves replacing about 4,684 linear feet of ductile iron sewer pipe near Cliff Valley Way and will be divided into three phases: Phase IA, Phase IB, and Phase II, beginning with Phase IA.
A virtual community meeting is scheduled for Thursday, September 18 at 6:30 p.m. via Zoom for those interested in learning more about the project. Details are available at https://dekalbcountyga.zoom.us/j/85057178581.
Construction work will take place from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., Monday through Friday, except on major holidays. Residents should expect increased noise and traffic during these hours.
