Candidates are expected to have at least six years of sales experience, including three years in healthcare or wellness benefits, particularly focusing on large employers and long sales cycles. Preferred qualifications include experience in closing large deals, executing sales strategies, and leveraging networks to acquire new clients. The position offers a national salary range of $101,800 to $181,500 annually based on market location and experience.
