The position requires at least 10 years of large-scale facilities management experience and expertise in workplace safety, material handling equipment, and data-driven leadership. Candidates should be capable of managing multi-site projects, providing technical direction for maintenance teams, and traveling up to 80%. Preferred qualifications include Lean experience, advanced data skills, an MBA or Six Sigma certification, and professional engineering registration. Base pay ranges from $130,900 to $216,500 depending on geographic market.
