The investigator will independently manage cases, analyze trends across casework, provide strategic recommendations, and collaborate with business partners, corporate ER teams, legal teams, and third-party vendors. Candidates for this role should possess a bachelor’s degree and at least five years of HR generalist or investigative experience, particularly in call center, distribution, or manufacturing environments. Experience supporting hourly employee groups is also required. Preferred qualifications include an advanced degree such as a Juris Doctor (JD), specialized training in labor or employee relations, as well as a record of career development or superior performance. Base pay for this position ranges from $57,900 to $123,800 depending on location.
